I can recall from my days in England, watching television at Christmas and seeing how others celebrated across the world. At one time I used to think about people in Australia, who seemed to be featured on the news every Christmas Day: “it’s not like Christmas, hot weather and going to the beach.”

Travel deep in the heart of Texas and discover a beautiful city called San Antonio. Rich in history and culture, San Antonio offers many scenic adventures from the Alamo to the renowned Riverwalk along the shady banks of the San Antonio River.
Adding to the charm of San Antonio are the many Bed and Breakfast Establishments available. Many of the older mansions have been converted into inns that provide not only luxurious accommodations but five star amenities as well. Nearby is the Paseo del Rio, locally termed “The Riverwalk”. It winds along the river and is lined with shops, restaurants and hotels.
