Scattered across the deep blue ocean east of Hong Kong lies the 29 island collective that is known as the Kwo Chau Islands or Ninepin Island. Also dubbed Fruit Island for its aerial view which resembles a hearty fruit bowl, the three main islands of the group appear as ninepins when viewed from the air, earning it its other nickname “Ninepin”.
