Author Terms of Service

1. To publish an article on this site you agree that:
   1. You own 100% of the copyrights to the article you submitted to us.
   2. If you hired a ghost writer, you must have exclusive rights to each article that you submit.
2. There are no guarantees that your submitted articles will be accepted for publication. Whether or not to include your submitted articles is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any published articles at any time.
3. We reserve the right to reclassify your articles to a more suitable category if we find them to be classified wrong.
4. By submitting your articles to DestinationsForLeisure, you agree to allow us to:
   1. Publish your article on DestinationsForLeisure and any of its article directory partners.
   2. Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
5. You agree that DestinationsForLeisure is a free service for authors and publishers and that you will not be paid for submitting your articles to our site.
6. You agree and understand that you can not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. To promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.
7. DestinationsForLeisure may at any time choose to translate your article into other languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.
8. We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at our discretion at any time.
9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages which display your articles.

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must not remove the “Article Source” link from any/each article you choose to publish.
2. You must respect the copyright of authors whose articles you publish. This includes but is not limited to:
   • the resource box,
   • any links provided by the author.
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not authored by you.
4. You must agree to preserve “live” hyperlinks in each article so that readers can click on the link and be taken to it’s target destination.
5. You must make sure all existing hyperlinks in the author resource box are active (i.e. clickable), and can be indexed & followed by the Search Engines, that is to say, you cannot place any “rel=nofollow” tag in the HREF statements.

7. You agree to never use or include any articles obtained from DestinationsForLeisure in any form of spam, unsolicited mail or email.
8. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling individual articles or articles in compilation.
9. You agree that you must not publish any article(s) obtained from DestinationsForLeisure on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
10. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD DestinationsForLeisure AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND (INCLUDING SENSIBLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY INDIVIDUAL, COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION DUE TO OR RESULTING FROM THE ARTICLES, DATA AND/OR CONTENT YOU REPRINTED, PUBLISHED, USED OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE THROUGH DestinationsForLeisure SERVICES, YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL, COMPANY, OR ORGANIZATION.
